Guidelines 

For Participants

  1. The webinar will be hosted in Zoom platform.

  2. There will be a ONE TIME registration procedure prior to joining the Zoom meeting, once you click on the link provided.

  3. All participants are requested to join the Zoom meeting 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the sessions for avoiding unnecessary rush.

  4. We request everyone to keep the microphone muted during the webinar session to avoid the disturbance.

  5. Questions if any may be posted in the public chat window. It shall be discussed based on the time available after the session.

  6. Google form will be uploaded for each session in the chat window.  Please fill up the form and certficates will be issued accordingly.

  7. There will be live streaming of seminar sessions in Youtube as well, in case if you have trouble signing or any other technical difficulties in Zoom.

  8. The attendance forms will be shared on the chat box in Youtube for participants attending the live stream.

Oral Presentations

  1. Kindly sign in to the Zoom platform 10 mins before the session so that we can identify you from the attendees.

  2. Fill in the Zoom Webinar registration form with the same details you furnished while registering for the Conference.

Poster Presentations

  1. The Posters are grouped into different Google Meet sessions and you will receive a mail with your link to attend the meet.

  2. Kindly ensure that your microphone and video is off while others are presenting.
